Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase from The Everlasting Brand.

If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns for store credit within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• Tags must be attached
• Items marked final sale cannot be returned

Once your return is received and inspected, store credit will be issued in the form of a digital gift card sent to your email.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
